Once I complete something, I own that something.
Example: I do 10 pushups, I read 10 pages, the care I give, those are mine forever!
I do not have to do or give something to have that become mine forever.
Example: Not being angry at someone, showing patience and understanding, and not being hateful. Those too are mine forever!

I meditate daily for 16 minutes (minimum)… the best time I use to learn about myself, to know what I am thinking and the thoughts that are bothering me.
