I did lawn work today. I might not be taking in enough calories, as I felt out of energy. I had to supplement with a protein shake.

I have to admit, since I started to track my eating, my food choice is not the best. With food prices going up, maybe my chance to lose weight! 😉

My diet is worse than the stock market. I will stabilize my food intake starting today. I will only eat food that have natural sugar, such as fruits and no flour for the rest of the month.
