    03 178.0 steak strips (5) with onions and red bell pepper, 1 can of chilli with beef and beans
    04 177.0 feft over steak strips (5), banana, 2000 calorie power shake (felt weak (out of energy) drank a protien shake)

    I have to admit, since I started to track my eating, my food choice is not the best. With food prices going up, maybe my chance to lose weight! 😉

    My diet is worse than the stock market. I will stabilize my food intake starting today. I will only eat food that have natural sugar, such as fruits and no flour for the rest of the month.
