Albert Einstein stated, “Insanity is repeating the same mistakes over and over again and expecting different results.” Therefore. if I keep doing what I have been doing, I will keep getting what I have been getting. The only way to have a different result, is to change. Whether the change is good or bad will be known when implemented and adjusted accordingly to the outcome that I want.

I watched Severance and Suspision, I am on episode 2 on both, and both shows are very interesting. Although I have access to newer episodes, I am practicing patience and restricting myself from beige watching.

A new beginning, March 1st! Or will I bring the same mo same mo into the new month? I read from research, most changes are more successful at the beginning of something, like a Monday, which is the beginning of the week, the first of the month, or the beginning of the year. Aside from just beginning, one must also have the end in mind and be persistent in what is to be accomplished. A key ingredient, aside from the other ingredients for success, is optimism, that whatever is plan to be accomplished will be accomplished no matter difficult or the numerous failures and why seeing the end in mind is so important. If one saw the end in mind, then one know accomplishment is possible, and not to give up, persist to continue!
